- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division proposes to contract for 2 each Ventilation Units, 10,000 CFM. Each ventilation unit shall be delivered complete and ready for operation. The capacity of each unit shall not be less than specified. Each unit shall consist of: High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter bank housings (with filters), Recirc/Exhaust (R/E) fan, heat pump, duct silencer, airflow measuring stations for measurements of total system flow rate gages and exhaust flow rate, ductwork, 8 mesh screen housing, gages and meters, associated electrical equipment, and vent skid. Each unit cooling capacity shall be 17 ? tons, and heating capacity shall be 245 MBH (245,000 BTUH). Each unit shall be fabricated, tested, and completely outfitted prior to delivery to NNSY. THE DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS AND NNSY DRAWINGS FOR THE UNITS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE WRITTEN SOLICITATION. Delivery is FOB Destination to Portsmouth, Virginia 23709-5000. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS is 333412. The size standard is no more than 500 employees. Response date for submission of offers will be established in the written solicitation. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) APPLIES. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
