- Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure for Cloth, Silica Glass. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 327910 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Place of delivery is FOB destination at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton, WA 98314. This procurement will be awarded using non-commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Copies of MIL/FED specs may be obtained from the ASSIST database on the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/online/start/. Resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a Base year of performance plus four (4) one-year option periods. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Naval Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web site at https://www.neco.navy.mil. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 29 March 2007, with offers due on or about 30 April 2007. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
