- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, has a requirement for the following: 20 each of Foam Pads per Drawing# 2054-1030-03; 1200 each of Foam Logs per Drawing# 2054-1042-01; 2400 each of Foam Donut, Hydrophones per Drawing# 2054-1045-01; 50 VIM Foam Cylinders per Drawing# 2054-1031-01; 2400 each of Housing Hydrophones per Drawing#3 2054-1046-01; 2600 each of Foam Fillers per Drawing 30 PPI Drawing# 2054-1043-01; 10 each of Foam Pads per Drawing# 2054-1030-01. Delivery is FOB Destination Naval Station Newport, RI 02841. This is 100% set aside for small business. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 21 March 2007 and will be issued using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. The Drawings will be posted as part of the solicitation.This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
