- An additional Amendment to this synopsis will be posted correcting part numbers and extending the solicitation due date accordingly. It is not known at this time which CLINs will be affected. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the potential offeror to be cognitive of NECO or FEDBIZOPPS for all releases. As stated, it is the Government?s intention that questions and responses will be distributed electronically to all Offerors. Information provided with each question should include the Solicitation Number, paragraph, clause or other definitive citation requiring clarification.
