- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Crane Division. The Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for a 150kV Modulator. CLIN 0001 10kV Modulator, 1 EACH, with capacity for 2nd and 3rd collector supplies. This requirement is anticipated to result in a commercial 2-year Firm Fixed Price Contract. Delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522, as specified in the RFP. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. This solicitation will be available on or about 9 March 2007 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm . Estimated closing date is on or about 30 March 2007. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. "No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed". Interested sources must download from the www sites listed.
