- The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to establish, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a bridge contract with Mircogenics. Microgenics currently supplies the DoD Drug Program with MDMA reagent kits under a contract that requires a bridge. The current contract expires 4 May 07. The proposed bridge contract will have a Period of Performance of 5 May 07 to 30 Sep 07. The bridge contract is concluded when the MDMA reagent kit resolicitation is awarded. The bridge contract shall be placed in anticipation of the award of a requirements contract resulting from competitive solicitation, N62645-07-R-0001, anticipated to be awarded by 1 October 2007. Microgenics shall provide MDMA reagent kits for the drug labs located in San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Great Lakes, IL; Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD; and Tripler AMC, HI. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements.
