- Contractor shall furnish all the necessary personnel, materials, services and equipment to install a water well at the Empire Maintenance Complex and housing units at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Empire MI. Well will be Type IIb public, non-community, transient, potable water supply for Maintenance Complex and 9 housing units. Well must meet the State of Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act, Act 399 P.A. 1976 and Administrative Rules, and the State of Michigan Ground Water Quality Control, Act 368 P.A. 1978 and rules, 1994 amended. Contractor must be a State of Michigan Licensed Well Driller. A Michigan Department of Public Health grouting addendum will be required. Magnitude of Project: $15,000 - $50,000.
