Description: The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee Washington, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Kay and Penny's White Glove Maintenance for minimal Janitorial Services for the months of May, June and July 2007. This agreement will be accomplished as set forth under FAR SubPart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. During this time period, the Government intends to issue a competitive solicitation for comprehensive Janitorial Services.
