- BLM Invitation for Bids, NAB070069, Aerial Application of Liquid Herbicide to Approximately 5,188 Acres of Rangeland in the New Mexico Counties of Eddy and Lincoln. Solicitation number NAB070069 applies and will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on or about March 19, 2007 for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Roswell Field Office in New Mexico has a requirement for the aerial application of liquid herbicide (.5 active ingredient) to approximately 5,188 acres of rangeland, via fixed wing or rotor wing aircraft. Performance will begin on approximately 5/15/2007 and be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the start date. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 115112. Size standard is $6.5 million. Bids are due April 18, 2007 by 2:00 PM Denver Local Time.
