Description
The purpose of this indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to provide repair, maintenance and construction services throughout Romania, although some work may be performed in areas outside of the Romani a. Two or more contracts will be awarded as a result of each MATOC solicitation. Task Orders will primarily address general building renovation, installation of equipment, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work including, but not limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, and environmental remedial work, soil erosion control, and soil restoration. Additionally, there may be some project work including, but n ot limited to, integration of fire alarms, security alarms and communications systems that provide emergency notification for a building or multiple buildings, or within a designated area, in addition to upgrading buildings and grounds to meet industry sta ndards and codes including life and/or safety codes required or recommended by international, country, local governments, or U.S. Government laws and regulations. These MATOCs may also include Design Build projects for various construction type projects. Estimated cost range of project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 per DFAR Part 236.204(i) for the life of the contract, to include a base period and two options. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Germany will be the procuring office.
