- CONTACT US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center DAAB07, AMSEL-AC, Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5008. The U.S. Army is seeking to identify vendors who can manufacture GUY Wire Assembly NSN: 4010-00-892-9624, drawing number SM-D-424072. The government is seeking one time procurement of 20 each of GUY Wire Assembly. Interested parties must identify their capability to manufacture and produce the product. In addition, interested source shall provide price for the GUY Wire Assembly. Drawings will be furnished upon re quests. Submit your electronic copy of the submission to C-E LCMC, Man Bun Lau.
