Description

These are commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is the Governments intent to award a purchase order for the following software licenses for a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) embedded software development tools, compo nents of which are: one (1) RTTarget-32 Libraries software license and four (4) additional seat licenses; one (1) RTKernel-32 Libraries software licenses and four (4) additional seat licenses; one (1) RTFiles-32 Libraries software licenses and four (4) add itional seat licenses; one (1) RTUSB-32 Libraries software licenses and four (4) additional seat licenses; one (1) RTIP-32 Libraries software licenses and four (4) additional seat licenses; one (1) FTP Client/Server Libraries software licenses and four (4) additional seat licenses to support Unmanned Ground Vehicle program. This acquisition will be sole source to On-Time Software, a division of EBSnet, Inc., 9 Goldsmith Street, Littleton, MA 01460.
