Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912CL-07-Q-DENT is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Descriptive literature shall be provided with quote (NO EXCEPTIONS). One award will be made to t he offeror who submits the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Offerors quotes shall be good for 90 days from date of closing. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition C ircular 05-15 Addendum, dated 13 February 2007. Item requested 1 EACH Command Air Portable D ental Chair with case NSN: 6520-01-446-3783 or equivalent meeting the approximate form, fit and function of these specifications. Dimensions Folded 37x23x9.5 Extended 72x28x 46 with case and operators manual/instructions.
