Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following: CLIN 0001 Aster MK2 Treatment Table,Strong contruction using square steel tubing for maximum rigidity and stability/ High quality 2inch thi ck cusioning with anti-stain, anti-cracking finish for longer upholstery life/ Wide range of operating heights(min.20inch - max.37inch)/ Quality European gas structs & actuators for effortless and accurate adjusting/ Lifting mechanism uses bearings/ The ba se of the table is desinged to allow extra clearance underneath, for the legs of a patient hoist or lifting device to slide underneath the table. This means the table can be used where lifting devices are needed/ Designed to with hold 450 lbs/ Dimensions-L ength 77inch. Width 28inch. Height 20inch to 37inch. 3 each or equal to include 3 each Operator and Service Manuals. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business. For this acquisition, the small Business Size Standard and the NAICS Code is 3 39111. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provision in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include and adenda to the provis ion.This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if the were given in full text. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and COnditions-Commercial Items. The Goverment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
