- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with National Conference Services, Inc., 5565 Sterrett Place, Suite 200, Columbia, MD for the rental of six 10 ft x 10 ft Exhibit Booth Units at the DODIIS Worldwide Conference. National Conference Services, Inc. has been hired by DODIIS to coordinate this event. No other qualified source exists that will satisfy this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 561591. This procurement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
