- The VA Medical Center, White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source follow-on contract with Mabbett & Associates of Bedford, MA. to provide additional Environmental Consulting Services associated with RCRA and EPA Compliance. It has been determined that it is more cost efficient for them to finish the work, than to have a different company spend the time/resources becoming familiar with the work that has already been completed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely within the discretion of the Government.
