- Description: The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, California intends to award a firm fixed price unrestricted contract. The NACIS code is 339112 a size standard 500 employees. The VA San Diego Healthcare System has requirement Custom Surgical Heart Packs Sterile. The Custom Surgical Heart Packs to consist of table pack and pump pack for use in open heart surgery. All items are to be placed in line as shown in the drawings. Pack includes one hollow fiber membrane oxgyenator with venous reservoir and integral cardiotomy reservoir. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
