- This action is 100% set-aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) NAICS 561720. An eligible SEDB concern is a small business concern expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program and in good standing with the Small Business Administration at the time of award. Certification documents are required for award consideration. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region is soliciting competitive proposals for Janitorial Services for the Centennial SSC Office, Centennial, CO. The SSC space consists of approximately 3982 square feet of floor space - Office space of 2634 sq ft (2248 sq ft of carpet, 266 sq ft of vinyl, 120 sq ft of tile); Warehouse space of 1348 sq ft - painted, sealed concrete/cement. The award will have a Base Contract period of June 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007, with four (4) one (1) one-year option periods. Response to the solicitation is required by 4/03/07.
