- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee Florida intends to make a single award for the provision of a Librarian Services Instructor at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Cr. N.E., Tallahassee, Florida, 32301. The contract type is a firm-0fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Code is 611710. The anticipated date of award will be approximately April 2, 2007. The contract performance period is anticipated for twelve monthe from effective date of award. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 20, 2007 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will be made available upon request. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquistion including solicitation amendments, will also distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is March 30, 2007. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) data base. The web site for registration is www.ccr.gov/. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which may be considered. Contractors must submit with their quote a resume and photo-copies of documents evidencing education and training.
