- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS will issue a solicitation for RFQ-31511-0006-07 to obtain the requirements of : QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-BREAD. This solicitation is FOB destination, delivery dates will begin April 2, 2007 and ends September 30, 2007. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, Ms 39194. This solicitation is 100 % set-a-side for small business. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish certification agency. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are consider to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 20, 2007 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.feboppsgov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 20, 2007. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
