- Provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation and supervision required to install floating docks at the USCG Station Lorain, Ohio. Remove existing 8 ft-0? by 48 ft ? 0? timber floating dock in its entirety and dispose of accordingly. Remove (2) existing electrical light poles and associated fixtures and dispose of accordingly. Construct new 10 ft -0? by 10 ft-0? timber platform/turnout and concrete access ramp/platform as shown on drawings. Fabricate and install (1) 320 SF concrete floating dock and (1) 332 SF concrete floating dock and associated 20 ft ? 0? gangways as detailed on drawings. Install (2) new 20 ft aluminum light poles, foundations, associated 250 Watt HPS fixtures and associated conduit and wiring at locations shown on drawings. Unit Work Items: Conduct underwater inspection on area identified on drawing to determine number of timber piles that will require removal. Remove (10) 12? diameter timber piles and dispose of in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. (Bid shall be based on removal of (10) 30 ft long piles.) The period of performance is 120 days after the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $13.0M. Contractors must be registered in ORCA under the NAICS Code 238990 in order to be eligible to receive the award.
