- This is a combined synopsis/solicition for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offer(s) being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-15. Applicable NAICS code is 561730. The award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures; award being made to the lowest cost, technically acceptable offer. This acquistiion is to procure lawn and landscape maintenance for a base year and 4 option years. Interested contractors must contact Ms. Johnson for a copy of the statement of work and the drawings. A site visit is scheduled for March 21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Interested contractors must contact Ms. Johnson with information as to who will attend the site visit NOT LATER THAN 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2007.
