- Description
- The Missoula Technology and Development Center of the USDA-Forest Service anticipates awarding a fixed price level of effort contract to test and/or develop a liquid gelling agent that can be added to gasoline. The investigation will be in two phases. Phase 1 will involve searching for and testing commercially available gelling agents. If no adequate gelling agents are currently available in the commercial marketplace, Phase 2 will involve the development of a gelling agent according to the Government's requirements. The electronic request for quotations will be available approximately 1 Apr 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
