- Solicitation for NSN 3110-00-082-8234, 0014565342, Bearing, Roller, Cyli. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The only approved sources for this item are Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and Emerson Power Transmission Corp. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 10 each, FOB destination New Cumberland PA, inspection and acceptance at origin. The required delivery is 257 days after First Article Approval. There are First Article ? Government Testing and Production Lot Sampling requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
