- Description
- Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue solicitation SP0600-07-R-0208 on or about March 27, 2007 for the following multi-year (2 years) requirements: Diesel Fuel #1, Winter (F65), NSN 9140-01-440-9736; Diesel Fuel #2, Summer (DF2), NSN 9140-00-286-5294; Turburine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN 9130-01-031-5816; and Gasoline, Prem Unleaded (MUP), NSN 9130-00-148-7104. The delivery of this fuel will be by tank wagon for the gasoline item and tanker truck for the diesel fuels and turbine fuel to be delivered to Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Resultant contracts will be a Requirement Type with Economic Price Adjustment. Ordering Period: 1 AUG 07 through 30 SEP 09 with delivery period 30 days after the end of the ordering period. Please be advised that DESC does not intend to mail hard copies of the solicitation unless specially requested. The soliciation, offer submission package (OSP) and all other relevant documents pertaining to the acquisition will be made available to prospective Offerors on the DESC's homepage at www.desc.dla.mil.
