- NOTICE TO OFFERORS ON THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FOR RFP 492-07-002 GEM-3 The following information supplements the subject solicitation: Offerors are requested to submit their questions by e-mail in advance of the pre-proposal conference scheduled at 10:00am on March 23, 2007 (Manila time), to 492_RFP_GEM-3@usaid.gov. Information provided at the conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation or the statement of work, and will remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. The minutes of the conference will be recorded and furnished to all potential offerors on this website. To ensure receipt of the minutes of the conference and other notices concerning the RFP, potential offerors are encouraged to register as Interested Vendors on this site. Individual requests for copies of minutes and/or notices will not be entertained. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.
