- THIS IS AN AMMENDED COMBINED SYNPOSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG80-07-Q-3FAC57 and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-15. This request for quotations is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333922 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates awarding one firm fixed price purchase order for these parts. The order will be awarded based on price and the ability to meet the requirements and supply ALL parts by the scheduled delivery date using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Vendors should include warranty terms and conditions and prompt payment discounts with their quote. This acquisition is for NAVPAR replacement hangar door drive parts for one 270 foot cutter USCGC ESCANABA as follows: Item 1, Track, P/N N1208-136-1, 2 EA; Item 2, Track, P/N N1208-136-2, 2 EA; Item 3, Track, P/N N1208-200-1, 1 EA; Item 4, Track, P/N N1208-200-2, 1 EA; Item 5, Track, P/N N1208-138-1, 1 EA; Item 6, Track, P/N N1208-138-2, 1 EA; Item 7, Rack Gear (GALV), P/N N1208-115-1, 16 EA. The following are INDAL part numbers: Item 1, Track, P/N 1208-136-1, 2 EA; Item 2, Track, P/N 1208-136-2, 2 EA; Item 3, Track, P/N 1208-200-1, 1 EA; Item 4, Track, P/N 1208-200-2, 1 EA; Item 5, Track, P/N 1208-138-1, 1 EA; Item 6, Track, P/N 1208-138-2, 1 EA; Item 7, Rack Gear (GALV), P/N 1208-115-1, 16 EA. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Coast Guard CG NESU Portsmouth, USCG NESU Portsmouth (LST), 4000 Coast Guard Boulevard Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199. Mark for: USCGC ESCANABA. The Government desires delivery of all parts on or before August 1, 2007 and anticipates awarding a purchase order for these parts on or about March 13,2007. If vendors are unable to meet this delivery schedule, they are encouraged to provide alternate delivery schedules with their quote. Inspection and Acceptance shall also be at destination. Faxed and e-mailed quotes are being accepted. Faxed quotes may be sent to 757-628-4676 and e-mailed quotes may be sent to douglas.g.landau@uscg.mil. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes. All responsible sources interested in responding to this RFQ must respond no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on March 15, 2007.
