Description
The purpose of this amendment to RFP H92222-07-R-0055, UHF High Gain SATCOM Antenna is to delete the requirement for the Offeror to propose Contractor Depot Logistical Support (CDLS) for the respective proposed antenna. The amendment is as follows: 1) Delete the SOW dated 18 Dec 06, and incorporate the revised Statement of Work (SOW) dated 17 Jan 07, which deletes the requirement for Contractor Depot Logistics Support for this procurement; 2) Delete CLINs 1007 ? 5007 for CDLS (non-applicable); 3) Delete CDRL A001, Quarerly CDLS Maintenance Rerport. 4) The revised CLINs are as follows: CLINs 1001 thru 5001 Trivec-Avant AV2011 (or Equal) Max Qty 1000 Each (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1002 thru 5002 Trivec-Avant AV2012 (or Equal) Max Qty 1000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1003 thru 5003 Trivec-Avant AV2040(2)(or Equal) Max Qty 4500 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1004 thru 5004 Trivec-Avant AV2055(3)(or Equal) Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1005 thru 5005 Trivec-Avant AV-2091-2 (or Equal) Max Qty 4000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1006 thru 5006 EDO DM C125 (or Equal) Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLIN 1007 Technical Data (Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Not Separately Priced (NSP)), Five year ordering period; CLINs 1008 thru 5008, Cable RF Coaxial, 3 foot, Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1009 thru 5009 Cable RF Coaxial, 8 foot, Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1010 thru 5010 Cable RF Coaxial, 12 foot, Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1013 thru 5013 Cable RF Coaxial, 25 foot, Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5); CLINs 1014 thru 5014 Cable RF Coaxial, 150 foot, Max Qty 5,000 (Year 1 thru 5). The proposal due date of 26 Jan 2007, 4:00 P.M. (EST) remains unchanged. BEGIN REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK: Ultra High Frequency (UHF) High Gain Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Antennas (Revised 17 Jan 07). 1.0. INTRODUCTION: This Statement of Work provides the specifications for the required UHF High Gain SATCOM antennas. The procurement is for the TrivecAvant AV2011, AV2012, AV2040(2), AV2055(3), and AV2091(2), or equal products and the EDO DM C125 or equal. 2.0 REQUIREMENTS: The requirements are as follows: 2.1 TrivecAvant, AV2011 (or Equal) foldable, high gain antenna (+9.6 dBi nominal at 244 MHz to +15.0 dBi nominal at 318 MHz). The antenna shall be right hand circular polarized, able to handle 200 Watts of RF input power, and include an N Male connector. The antenna shall not weigh more than 40 pounds, including carrying case. 2.2 TrivecAvant, AV2012 (or Equal) foldable, high gain antenna (+11 dBi). The antenna shall be right hand circular polarized, able to handle 200 Watts of RF input power, and include an N Male connector. The antenna shall not weigh more than 21 pounds, including carrying case. 2.3 TrivecAvant, AV 2040(2) (or Equal) foldable, manpack, high gain antenna (+11 dBi). The antenna shall operate in the 240-318 MHz frequency range with a VSWR of 1.5:1 with an axial ratio of 3 dB. The antenna shall be right hand circular polarized, able to handle 200 Watts of RF input power, and include a Male BNC. The antenna shall not weigh more than 6.5 pounds, including carrying case. 2.4 TrivecAvant, AV2055(3)(or Equal) foldable miniature coat pocket high gain antenna (+10.5 dBi). The antenna shall operate in the 240-318 MHz frequency range with a VSWR of 1.5:1 with an axial ratio of 3 dB at half power points. The antenna shall be right hand circular polarized, able to handle 200 Watts of RF input power, and include a Male BNC connector . The antenna shall not weigh more than 3.1 pounds, including carrying case. The operating temperature shall be -25 to +160 degrees Fahrenheit and shall have a storage temperature of ?54 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit. The antenna?s operational setup shall take less than one minute and withstand wind loadings of 80 MPH without loss of antenna orientation. 2.5 TrivecAvant, AV 2091(2) (or Equal) Egg-beater" or "O-Wing" SATCOM antenna.
