- The General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service solicits your response to the attached RFQ. We invite you to submit a proposal for satisfying the requirements described in this RFQ. Please submit all required information before the specified closing date and in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFQ. Vendors are encouraged to review the RFQ carefully and submit any questions and comments via email no later than 5:00PM, Eastern Time, on 03/12/2007 to both Rick.Yao@gsa.gov and Edward.Lew@gsa.gov. The responses to questions received will be issued shortly thereafter. Quotes shall be received NLT 03/13/2007, 5:00pm EDT via email by Rick.yao@gsa.gov. In order to be considered for award, offerors must be registered with IT Solution. Award will only be made through IT Solutions. The website is http://it-solutions.gsa.gov. If vendor registration assistance is needed, please contact the help desk at 877.243.2889. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. However, Women-Owned Small Business concerns will receive first consideration for award. In the event no acceptable quotes are received by the Government from a small business concern, this procurement will be converted to a full and open market solicitation. This acquisition is subject to both the following Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations: 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items 52.239-1 Privacy or Security Safeguards 252.225-7002, Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors The full text of a FAR clause may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them.
