- Description
- NAVSEA, Indian Head Division has a requirement for safety eye glasses. The requirement is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for three years with Contractor?s that can meet the following requirement. All safety eye glasses must meet specification ANSI Z87.1-1989 ( R-1998). This is an approved American National Standard Institute specification. The safety eye glasses side protection will be provided either as an integral part of the frame or lens or as a separate sideshield permanently attached to the frame. The contractor must be able to deliver and fit the customer eye glasses at a specific location at NAVSEA, Indian Head. There will be one delivery date per month. The delivery date will be establish at time of award. NAVSEA, Indian Head is requesting pricelists and brochures that identify the safety eye glasses that meet the requirements.
