- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on a sole source basis to Avineon Corporation, 4825 Mark Center Dr., Ste. 700, Alexandria, VA 22311. The contractor shall provide end-to-end support for the management and execution of a Department of Defense (DoD) effort to monitor, manage, and enforce interoperability of C4I and Combat (C5I) systems installed aboard US Navy vessels and those installed or in use at shore stations, and joint and coalition units operating with those vessels. This effort includes business process modeling, program management systems support, requirements analysis, architectural design, systems engineering support, web application development within existing web applications, visualization tool development, configuration management, testing and results analysis, documentation and Lean 6 Sigma modeling and analysis.
