The Forum will start promptly at 8:00 AM and end at 12:00 Noon, LOCAL TIME. Assembly will take place starting at 7:30 AM. Due to the attendance count of approximately 400 at the Industry Day i n August 2006, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you pre-register yourself and any other participants from your firm. This may be done by emailing the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Representative, Stephanie James at SJames@sachamber.org. The teleph one number for Ms. James is (210) 308-2012. The email must contain the following information: Firm Name, Firm Address, POC Information, Are you a Joint Venture?, Will your firm be attending the Industry Forum?, Number of attendees, the Names of those indi viduals attending, Email Addresses, and Phone Numbers. Additionally, it is requested that you characterize your firm as a (1) large business, (2) small or disadvantaged business, (3) prime contractor, (4) subcontractor, (5) San Antonio headquartered firm or (6) headquartered outside San Antonio. All firms should indicate their principal specialties. USACE encourages small business joint ventures or teaming arrangements. SBA regulations provide flexibility for two or more small businesses to form a cont ract team for the purpose of competing for a contract while still maintaining small business status even though the team as a whole would exceed the designated small business size standard for the procurement. Obtain additional information and guidance fro m your Small Business Administration Office. All questions are to be emailed to Stephanie James, SJames@sachamber.org (210) 308-2012. Registration in Central C ontractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory for Prime Contractors. This can be done at http://www.ccr.gov .
