- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-T-0052 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. This procurement will be unrestricted (NAICS: 721110, size standard: $6.5 million). Responses should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, Hotel Rooms, CLIN 0001AA, Quantity = 10 Each, Hotel Rooms, 20 April 2007; CLIN 0001AB, Quantity = 375 Each, Hotel Rooms, 21 April 2007 through 25 April 2007; CLIN 0001AC, Quantity = 10 Each, Hotel Rooms, 26 April 2007; CLIN 0002, Quantity = 5 Days, Conference Room, 21 April 2007 through 25 April 2007; CLIN 0003, Q uantity = 75 Each, Parking Passes; CLIN 0004, Quantity = 1 Each, Public Speaking/Registration. Accomodations must be provided within the National Capital Region. The place of performance will be at the Contractors site from April 20, 2007 through April 26, 2007. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter their representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, with the following evaluation criteria: availability of 395 rooms and conference space at one location offered at the government rate to accommodate soldiers and hosting staff for the Army Reserve National Capitol Reenlistment Cerimony. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
