Description

The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Specialized Contracting Branch intent is to acquisition the specialized systems engineering and technical services which support the development and maintenance of an integrated Air Mobility Command (AMC) Asset Management (AMCAM)/AMC Architecture Tool (AMCAT) Systems for the Air Mobility Command. The AMCAT was previously called the AMC Architecture Repository (AAR). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Metadata Management Corporation (MMC), Ltd, 410 Pine St. SE, Suite 320, Vienna, VA 22180, under the authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii); Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 23 March 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price with a base performance period of 1 Apr 07 - 30 Sep 07 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. Verbal requests will not be acted upon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $23M.
