Description
NOTE: THE ACQUISITION AND SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM COMMERCIAL TO NON COMMERCIAL. A REVISED SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS WITH REVISED EVALUATION REQUIREMENTS. THE NEW EVALUATION REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, PAST PERFORMANCE DATA. NOTE: THE SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN CORRECTED FROM FA8505-07-R-11469. FA9302-07-R-0020 IS THE CORRECT NUMBER. This requirement is for Munitions Lift Services required in support of the 412 MXG. A written solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps and will also be available from the acquisition office. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0122. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7699, SVC Code is J017 and the size standard is $6,500,000. NAICS is 811310. The acquisition is not a small business set-aside. It is an unrestricted acquisition. There are no subcontracting opportunities. Brief Description follows: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services except as specified in Section C-3 and C-5 of this Statement of Work (SOW) as Government-furnished property and Services, necessary to perform tasks in accordance with the SOW on munitions lift trailers. All work shall be performed at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), California. The contractor shall maintain all MHU-196M and MHU-204/M Munitions Lift Trailers in support of B-1B, B-2A, B-52H and Airborne Laser flight-test operations. The Contractor shall provide all organizational and intermediate level maintenance support on MHU-196/M, MHU-204/M Munitions Lift Trailers. The contractor shall also provide on-site depot level engineering support supplementing organizational or intermediate level maintenance capability when required. Complete details will be available after posting of the solicitation. Notes: 1. There is no fee for this solicitation 2. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving Government contracts. 3. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
