- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is FA3047-07-TC-245. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARS change notice 20060814. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value for the Government and conforming to the solicitation the most advantageous to the Government. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, and Discount Terms. Availability and how long it will take to ship and install at Lackland AFB, TX. Quotes must be valid through 30 Apr 07. This is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. The Items are as follows: ITEM 0001: QTY: 46 Each, Description: Atlas PD60AT Replacement Horn Drivers; ITEM 0002: QTY: 12 Each, Description: Astatic 1198-19 Microphone with Gooseneck and Cable; ITEM 0003: QTY: 12 Each, Crown CDI1000 500W Amplifier with digital processing; ITEM 0004: QTY: 12 Each, RDL STM1 Mic Pre-amplifier; ITEM 0005: QTY: 12 Each, WCW 16/2 replacement speaker cable (Approximately 3000 linear feet total) ; ITEM 0006: QTY: 4 Each, Atlas BIA-100 Horn/mount; ITEM 0007: QTY: 1, Delivery and installation of items 0001-0006 on 11 ranges and 1 additional area. The required items are to be purchased as brand name ?Atlas? No ?equal? product will be accepted. Currently the system and the ranges in places are ?Atlas? The equipment being purchase will interface with the current system. Items 0001 ? 0006 must be brand name. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
