- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The delivery time will be 30 March 2007. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-07. This acquisition is to be Full and Open. The NAICS will be changed to 532490-OTHER COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND LEASING. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: 4 EACH: Rock Dump Trucks, 20-30 ton. Rental time: 45 Days each CLIN 0002: 2 EACH: Excavators, Volvo 210C w/thumb and hammer (or equal). Rental Time: 90 Days each CLIN 0003: 1 EACH: Sheepsfoot Roller, CAT 533E, 4 inch pads (or Equal). Rental Time: 90 Days each CLIN 0004: 3 EACH: Loaders, 4-5 CY. Rental Time: 90 Days each CLIN 0005: 2 EACH: Van, 15 PAX. Rental Time: 90 Days each CLIN 0006: 2 EACH: Pick-Up Trucks, 6 PAX. Rental Time: 90 Days each Quote should indicate Quantity per CLIN, Unit price per item, and total cost per CLIN. Period of performance is indicated on each CLIN. Please include shipping and handling charges, New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax into and all other charges pertaining to rental agreements into your cost per CLIN. This combo references FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. . All items shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to Holloman AFB, NM 88330.
