- Description
- This notice shall modify the notice posted to FBO on 10/12/06 for solicitation # VA-101-07-RP-0029. The Government intends to negotiate with CARF, 4891 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ to perform surveys and accreditation of the Department of Veterans Affairs rehabilitation facilities and provide a comprehensive peer review of the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Centers under the authority of FAR 6.301 as a sole source for accreditation of rehabilitation facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The contract period is one (1) year from date of award with an option for four additional years.
