- The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, intends to award a single source purchase order to Kevlin Corporation, 596 Lowell Street, Methuen, MA, to purchase Non Recurring Engineering Services and ten Beacon-Only Rotary Couplers. This requirement is being processed using limitation of sources to a single source as provided for under the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS)Section 3.2.2.4. This procurement is considered to be a single source based upon the vendor's proprietary design previously purchased by the FAA. Interested parties who feel they have the capability and experience to provide these Couplers should submit detailed documentation of their ability to provide them. Responses must be submitted via email to karen.durao@faa.gov and must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, Monday, March 12, 2007. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
