- SUBJECT: Request for proposal for the purchase of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and support. Enclosed I have sent you an Acknowledgement Sheet, a Request for Quotation Sheet, and a list of requirements. You are invited to submit your proposal for a CMMS software package and support. Swift & Staley is approved and can supply a GSA number for discounted pricing. Please advise us of your planned response to this Request for Proposal and designate your representative(s) to whom amendments are to be sent by completing and returning the enclosed form letter by February 23, 2007. You are encouraged to submit any questions, in writing. If they are technical please contact Scott Smith at 270-441-5104 or scott.smith@swiftstaley.com. All other question should be directed to Paul Vorbeck at the contact points below. Your quotation should include: Software and description, Options, Availability to review proposed software online, Compatibility with Deltek system, Availability of Service, Training & Support, Cost if any for Transition and start up, Delivery time after receipt of Purchase order, Discounts, and itemized line pricing. Proposals will be accepted via mail, FedEx or Email. They should be sent attention to Paul Vorbeck.
