- The National Institute of Standards and Technology Boulder, CO, has an ongoing requirement for refuse collection, disposal, and cardboard recycling, scrap paper/co-mingled bottles, cans and plastic recycling services for it?s NIST Boulder, CO Campus and Table Mountain Field Site, Building F6. The Government anticipates a purchase order for a base period of one year and two (2) one year option periods. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation number is SB1341-07-RQ-0115. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING COMPETED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS, THEREFORE ALL RESPONSIBLE BUSINESSES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION. The NAICS code is, 56211, Solid Waste Collection. This competitive procurement will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 12. The Solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about March 12, 2007 and will only be available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The RFQ, all attachments, RFQ amendments and questions and answers related to the procurement shall only be available via the Internet. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. There is no written solicitation available.
