- MOBILE WATER ENHANCER (WE) BASES Special Notice-2007-03 The Forest Service has a requirement to supply EERAs (Emergency Equipment Rental Agreements) for Mobile Gel Bases (MGB-H) for water enhancer/gel products. The current Qualified Products List (QPL) for Water Enhancers (Gel Products) must be followed. This QPL can be found at the following site: www.fs.fed.us/rm/fire/wfcs/index.htm. If your company is interested in supplying this equipment, please fill in the following new format and e-mail the finished EERA (form to follow tomorrow or later this afternoon) to either chightower@fs.fed.us or eeblack@fs.fed.us for evaluation. The following categories will be evaluated to establish award, ie. price, equipment offered, and geographical location of offered equipment.
