- Solicitation 6FLS-B8-078354-N, FSC 8030/8040 Adhesives and Sealing Compounds, will be issued on or about March 7, 2007. This acquisition is a competitive negotiation, fixed price 2 year requirements stock contract with economic price adjustment and three 1-year options. The solicitation has 26 NSNs, are all in accordance with Brand Name Part Numbers. Delivery will be 30 days ARO. All items will be FOB Destination to the two GSA Distribution Facilities. Items 6, 9 and 10 will be set aside for small business. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website, which can be accessed through the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov.
