- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 17,179 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other factors.
