- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation to satisfy the government?s requirement for commercial item(s)/service(s) TRIMLINE TELEPHONE/NETWORK SERVICE per format in subpart part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700107Q0045 Documentation number M2013307SS00036. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334210 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the commercial item/service listed below, in support of II MHG PSC BLDG H-21, CAMP LEJEUNE, NC 28542 The items/service required: Line Item 0001: Qty (1800) AT&T TL-210 EQUAL TO SAME AS BLACK TRIMLINER TELEPHONE. Line Item 0002 Qty (120) CORTELCO NETWORK SERVICE PHONE. If further description of service is necessary, please email Sharon Humphrey (email listed below). Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected.
