The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA has a requirement for to furnish labor, materials, and equipment to replace a SABRE DBW Krypton ion plasma tube in one Government owned laser head, S/N 1919A, to include cleaning, calibration, and alignment.
