- Description
- 1. Contractor shall supply parts and labor to install a fully functional Autotrol System for the left load drum on a Manitowoc 3900W Crane, S/N 395097. The system shall be reviewed and approved by approved engineering personnel at Manitowoc Crane Gr oup. 2. Three (3) government employees, which will include one (1) crane operator, familiar with the subject crane will be provided to assist in the installation of the Autotrol System. 3. The contractor shall provide, at minimum, one competent field technician to be on-site through out the entire installation to supervise and assist with the installation and testing of the system. The contractor shall be prepared to provide all tools an d equipment necessary for the installation. 4. Due to the extended period of time the crane will need to be out of use, the contractor shall schedule a time to install the system with the POC listed above to install the Autotrol System. There schedule shall be established, at minimum, 30-days befor e work commences. Currently, the preferred schedule should fall within the months of June and/or July of 2007. 5. The contractor will be responsible for all shipping costs for all materials/equipment/tools/etc. associated with this work to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Marys Falls Canal, Sault Ste. Marie, 49783. 6. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel travel and lodging costs. 7.
