Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0335. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334519 and Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - TACMET II, JBPDS, PART NUMBER 102451-A1J1 - 75 EACH. CLIN 0002 - SONIC MOUNT, U. S. ARM, APG NUMBER 102340-G0 - 75 EACH. CLIN 0003 - TACMET/SONIC W/DISPLAY CONSISTING OF SENSOR CASE OPTION: CASES FOR SONIC/PORTABLE DISP LAY PART # 02210-G1 - 75 EACH. CLIN 0004 - 75 SYSTEM MANUALS. The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor.
