- Description
- The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to solicit and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Gallup Corporation, under their GSA MOBIS contract, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS. This is in support of Polling Data Analysis requirement for the Joint Information Operations Warfare Command. This procurement is being conducted under Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). This announcement is provided for information purposes only. This project requires emphasis on harvesting of public opinion poll data and analyzing its utility to support development of measures of effectiveness and conduct of operational assessment in order to enhance planning capabilities of various Governmental teams, groups, centers, etc. Contractor is to provide assistance with analysis of the data, its usefulness, and will provide polling support plans. The data provided shall be continually updated and refined to reflect integration with other planning efforts. Lastly, the contractor shall provide recommendations for appropriate and effective use as well as limitations of polling methods and supporting data. Should your firm feel it can provide this type of support, you may submit documents outlining your firm?s capabilities. These documents shall be no more than 5 pages in length and submitted no later than 1200 hours, CST, 9 Mar 07. The following Commerce Business Daily numbered Notes apply: 21.
