Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is considered non-commercial. Configuration control applies. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 14 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is 238 days ARO. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This item is considered a Navy critical safety item. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Bell Helicopter Textron.
